Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a post?

Tap the orange "+" button on the home screen. Add a photo, description, price, and location, then tap "Post".

How do I report a user, post, or comment?

Tap the three-dot menu (...) on any post, comment, or user profile and select "Report". Choose a reason and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How do I block or mute someone?

Go to their profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Block" or "Mute". Blocked users cannot see your content or message you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll need to confirm twice. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Account > Change Password. If you signed up with Apple or Google, you manage your password through those services.

How do I change my notification settings?

Go to Settings > Notifications. You can toggle notifications for likes, comments, follows, messages, and more.

How do I change the app language?

DealShare follows your device language. Change your device language to English or Spanish in your phone settings.
